Şeyma Tarkan is a researcher and quality management expert with over 25 years of experience in aquaculture. She specializes in fish health, R&D, and implementing rigorous quality standards to boost production efficiency and safety.

Quality Systems and R&D Leader:

At Çamlı Yem ve Besicilik, Şeyma led R&D and managed complex quality systems including ISO, Global GAP, BRCGS, and IFS. She has a proven track record in fish feed quality management and finalized high-level projects supported by the European Commission (H2020) and TUBİTAK.

Expert in Fish Health and Diagnostics:

Şeyma has deep expertise in marine fish disease diagnostics, treatment protocols, and new species domestication. She has established diagnostic laboratories and developed Veterinary Health Plans, bridging scientific research with practical applications to ensure animal welfare.
